2. Orders

2.1 By placing an order on this website, you commit to purchasing the products you have selected in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2.2 Orders you place with Peppcorn Sarl on this website are subject to minimum and maximum quantity limits.

2.3 Peppcorn Sarl offers its products for sale on this website subject to available stock.

 

3. Order Confirmation

3.1 Orders you place on this website do not constitute a legally binding contract until they have been confirmed by an email from Peppcorn Sarl.

3.2 Peppcorn Sarl reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse an order, especially in cases of unpaid invoices or insolvency.

3.3 The data recorded by Peppcorn Sarl constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or transaction.

 

4. Prices

4.1 The prices payable for the goods you order are those shown on this website on the date of the order, including VAT and excluding delivery charges.

4.2 Delivery charges are invoiced at the rates indicated on this website on the date of the order and are calculated based on the total amount of goods ordered and the chosen delivery method.

4.3 Peppcorn Sarl reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel a contract that contains errors in wording, printing, or calculation.

 

5. Delivery

5.1 All orders confirmed by Peppcron Sarl will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

5.2 Peppcorn Sarl makes every effort to ensure delivery within two business days following receipt of the order and payment.

5.3 Deliveries can only be made to the countries indicated on this website.

 

6. Goods Inspection

6.1 It is your responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery.

6.2 If you find that goods are missing or have been damaged, you must report it and file a claim through this website's contact form within 7 days following delivery. Peppcorn Sarl will then replace the missing or damaged goods identically.

 

7. Returns

7.1 You can return goods that do not meet your expectations within 7 days following receipt of the order.

7.2 Peppcorn Sarl only accepts returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

7.3 When returns have been made as prescribed, Peppcorn Sarl will refund the price of the returned goods excluding delivery charges within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs are at your expense.

 

8. Payment

8.1 Invoices are sent by email as soon as the order for the goods is placed and are payable within ten days.

8.2 Payment by bank transfer or Payment Slip is due within fifteen days to validate your order; after this period, the order is canceled.

 

9. Force Majeure

9.1 Peppcorn Sarl will make every effort to fulfill its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters, or other events that prevent the production, transport, or delivery of products.

9.2 In case of delay, Peppcorn Sarl will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute the remaining product stocks fairly among its customers.

 

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.

10.2 The exclusive jurisdiction is the one of Switzerland.
