Cambodian by birth and having lived in Switzerland for over fifteen years, Phirith dreamed of promoting Cambodia's culinary richness through sustainable collaboration with local farmers and their families.
An avid food enthusiast, and inspired by the renowned Kampot pepper, Phirith was convinced that this exceptional spice deserved a place of choice on dining tables worldwide.
In 2023, he embarked on the creation of Peppcorn Sarl, building a bridge between local producers and epicureans in search of new culinary thrills.
