Red Kampot Pepper
Red Kampot pepper is a real rarity. The fully ripened fruits are separated from the panicle individually by hand. Afterwards blanched for a brief time in hot water they keep their red color. Finally, they are dried in the Cambodian sun.
 
Less spicy than the black pepper, its characteristic spicy and fruity aroma is intense and sweet at the same time.
