Black Kampot Pepper
The fruits are harvested by hand when they begin to ripen. Then they are carefully selected for the drying process under the Cambodian sun. It is during the fermentation process that the pepper acquires its black color.

It is considered one of the best peppers in the world thanks to the intensity of its peppery aroma subtly nuanced by a slight note of eucalyptus.
